Struct ConstraintHash 

pub struct ConstraintHash(u64);

Hash of the constraint state accumulated along a path prefix.

Computed by walking the prefix, collecting (local → constant_value) bindings from each block’s BlockConstantInfo, sorting them, and hashing the result. Used by PathEnumerator::visited_sccs to skip redundant re-entries into the same SCC with the same state.
