Whether callee is an as_ptr/as_mut_ptr method on a recognized pointer-container ADT (Vec/NonNull/Box/MaybeUninit/CString).

Unlike is_as_ptr (which matches the std functions by exact full path), this matches by the self type — resolved from the method’s impl — so it also catches the std-challenge suites’ local re-implementations without the broad ::as_ptr name suffix.
